The final day of Pensacon closed with higher than projected attendance. Estimations varied but were as high as 17,000 people for the weekend. Celebrity-hosted panels, exhibits, and signings continued throughout the day, while convention-goers enjoyed shopping at a much more leisurely pace than Saturday. The staff did an excellent job and the crowds were friendly. Many of the out-of-town guests were leaving the hotels later in the afternoon, and while the streets may soon go quiet- the memories will last a lifetime. It looks like Pensacon 2016 is all but a sure thing, so check out Out &About Pensacola for coverage- and live long and prosper!
