Out and About Pensacola recently took a road trip to Ft. Walton to play disc golf and stopped for a beer and a burger at Props Brewery.
Located in the Publix Shopping Center, Props Brewery has plenty of tables and bar seating for you and your friends to do some quick brews and bites.
They make all the beer in house and have really been making a name for themselves locally with their Blonde Bomber Alex, which they can in house.
We spoke with some of the employees which were nice enough to tell us about some of the beers. One of the guys turned out to be the head brewer but we didn’t catch his name. He said look forward to the Session IPA which is coming soon.
We ordered the Breakfast Burger, which was perfectly medium rare with a lovely bun and natural cut fries. Our group also ordered a Cuban that was moderate and enjoyable. The fried pickles were a nice pairing with the Flying Coffin IPA. Not sure if that is one of the official pairings but they do offer beer pairings with everything on their menu. Which is mostly bar and grill food.
Overall it is really good overall. Beers are great and fresh. If you haven’t at least tried their beer go ahead and do so. Props Brewery is a must go for anyone in the area that loves a great bite with their beer!
